missingWrote a review on Dec 27private beachfriendly staffgreat foodrepetitive breakfast
We enjoyed stunning beach days at nearby Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Fun activities like kayaking and sailing made our stay unforgettable. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff and great food options. Don’t miss the private beach! Perfect spot for group trips!
While most of the experience was wonderful, the breakfast buffet could use some improvement in variety, as it switched daily but felt repetitive.

The Hyatt Regency offered a well-decorated and spacious King Room that greatly facilitated my business trip. The conference facilities were excellent, providing all the necessary equipment for presentations. I particularly appreciated the well-maintained grounds, alongside efficient service at the bar which served a variety of quality drinks after a long day of meetings.
Inconsistencies in wireless connectivity and limited dining options.

The pools were a blast, especially the lazy river that kept the kids busy for hours. We even got a suite upgrade at check-in, making our anniversary feel special despite the pool closure.
It wasn’t the most affordable stay, but I’d say it was worth it.

Amazing Pool and Great Service!
I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay with my family. The pools were a highlight, with a fantastic lazy river and ample space for the kids to play. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I appreciated the quick service at the pool bar. However, the dining options at the hotel could be improved, as we found some meals overpriced and underwhelming.

Fantastic Family Fun with Great Amenities
We had a wonderful time at this resort, particularly enjoying the lazy river and the live entertainment that kept the kids engaged. The staff were attentive, and the room was spacious and well-maintained. Our highlight was the evening s'mores by the fire pits, which created a memorable family bonding moment. However, the food options felt a bit pricey, so be prepared for that during your stay.

We had an amazing anniversary stay, especially when the front desk upgraded us to a luxurious suite, and the kids loved the lazy river later on. The spa was incredibly relaxing, and the outdoor swimming pool provided a great way to unwind. Our only hiccup was the need for reservations for the boat to the beach, so be sure to plan ahead! 😊

missingWrote a review on Nov 16homemade jamscoconut shrimplong check-in wait
We had such a fantastic time at the Hyatt Regency! The homemade jams at breakfast were an absolute treat, and the coconut shrimp by the pool had us coming back for more! The lazy river was a hit with the kids, and everyone enjoyed the fun character balloons one night. Our room was spacious and clean, making our stay that much sweeter.
The check-in was a bit of a bummer. We waited longer than expected, especially traveling with a baby. They offered us a worse-view room for an early check-in, which didn’t pan out in our favor. But once we settled in, everything else really shone brightly!

I was delighted with the beautiful, well-maintained gardens and the elegant decor throughout the resort. The ample seating areas near the pools were accessible, making it easy for me and my friends to relax and enjoy our stay.
More shaded areas by the pool would be beneficial.

We loved the spacious corner room and the pools were awesome. The private beach shuttle was super convenient for our day trips to Sanibel and Captiva Islands where we enjoyed kayaking and eco-tours. Great dining options too!
The only downside was the pool umbrellas being removed on windy days, which cut short our beach relaxation time. We definitely needed that shade!
